Ear candling has been used for centuries in many cultures.  They have known that the ear candle injects a beneficial smoke into the ear canal and gently calms and massages it.
Ear candles have many other health benefits, including general well-being and relaxation of the whole body where the person is likely to fall asleep.
 
Bodyzest candles use a small filter at the end of each candle to catch any excess beeswax for extra safety.
